What My Baby Eats in 7 Days

As a mom, I know how overwhelming it can feel to decide what to feed your baby each day. That’s why I’m sharing our 7-day baby meal plan to give you inspiration, ideas, and peace of mind. This plan is baby-led weaning friendly and works for babies around 8–12 months, but you can adjust textures and portions depending on your little one’s age.
👉 Always check with your pediatrician before introducing new foods.
Why Plan Your Baby’s Meals?

Planning ahead helps:
- Make sure baby gets a variety of nutrients.
- Reduce food waste.
- Save time during busy weeks.
- Introduce baby to new tastes and textures.
I also find it makes grocery shopping so much easier!
